Instructions. Compose the letter you wish the Associate Chair to write in the exact form is should be sent, including address, salutation, etc. Do not worry about writing perfect English, as the letter will be reviewed and almost certainly rewritten before it is put on stationery and mailed. After composing the draft of the letter you want, send it along, preferably in plain text.
