Research interests of Combinatorics faculty include algebraic and enumerative combinatorics, hypergraphs and extremal problems, probabilistic methods, graph theory, algorithms, combinatorial optimization, partially ordered sets, application to operations research and theoretical computer science.
Two weekly seminars serve the combinatorics community: the Combinatorics seminar features talks on all aspects of combinatorics and its applications, while the more focused Graph theory seminar runs for the benefit of students specializing in that field.
Please visit the web pages of individual faculty to find out their specific research interests.
